Looking at a yoga practice (and life) through the lens of the Yamas
In January I decided to theme this year’s classes around the Yamas, a strand of yoga philosophy and the first of Patanjali’s eight ‘limbs’ of Yoga. They’re a set of external behaviours and form a sort of guide to living well.
